Chad Johnson is the Director of Property Management for Ettinger Realty, Ltd., and has over ten (10) years’ experience in the construction, property management, and real estate-related industries. As director, he is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and financial accounting of the company’s management portfolio, as well as general management and leasing of various construction and development projects. Prior to Ettinger Realty, Chad worked in real estate lending, and as a title officer at Ticor Title in Portland Oregon.

Chad holds an Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) listing service.

In his spare time he enjoys running (having completed three marathons), doing improv (taking classes and performing at Second City), and spending time with his wife Nancy and their two sons, Miles and Graham. (as their Cub Scout Den Leader)

Chad and his family live in Evanston, Illinois where they are involved in various community and charitable organizations.
